1. On the creation of a “Project Office” to organize a public offering of shares of JSC “Uzdonmakhsulot” in the authorized capital of the company, approval of relevant changes in the organizational structure of the company and the introduction of the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board, coordinating its activities.
2. On making appropriate changes and additions to the internal documents of the enterprise, based on changes in the organizational structure of the company.

The date of formation of the register of shareholders for notification of an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders is June 6, 2022.

The date of formation of the register of shareholders entitled to participate in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is June 24, 2022.

Registration of shareholders will take place on June 30, 2022 in the administrative building of JSC “Ok oltin don mahsulotlari” from 10:30 to 11:00.
